The service
Each app takes something you send (for example a photo) and returns a generated result (for example a 3D model). Results are produced by AI and will not always be accurate or usable; we cannot guarantee any particular outcome.
Credits and payment
Jobs cost credits. New accounts get a free credit. Credit packs are bought through Stripe, are priced in pounds sterling, and are not refundable once used. If a job fails on our side the credit is returned to your balance automatically. Unused credits do not expire while your account exists.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you send and of the results we generate for you. You give us permission to store and process it, and to pass it to the providers we use, only in order to run the service. You must have the right to use anything you send. Do not send content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that depicts people in a sexual or abusive way; such jobs may be refused or removed and repeat offenders blocked.
Retention
Files and results are deleted automatically 90 days after a job finishes. Download anything you want to keep before then.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running but it is provided “as is” and may change or be withdrawn. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
